The Eleanor End Table is the more sculptural yet functional version of the Penny Pedestal. Similarly, the base is crafted from four layers of solid wood, making this table weigh anywhere from 22-34lbs depending on the type of wood. It is turned on the lathe, the top flattened & sanded, and finished with an eco-friendly matte oil, but during that process it is also split down the middle. The splitting of the base creates a beautiful negative space between the piece allowing it to look different from every angle. The interior is sanded smooth and stands striking against the three-dimensional texture of the curves. It is fitted with a larger round tabletop making it perfect as an end table or bedside table.

Why Is This A Seconds? This piece was a sample and has a various scratches and dents on it. There is a crack on the top and a big knot underneath, though hard to see.
