Hand turned and ebonized vase crafted from cherry and finished with an eco-friendly matte oil. Ebonizing wood is the process of darkening wood with a solution of steel wool and vinegar. When applied it reacts with the tannins in the wood and creates a dark and rick black color. This vase is a solid piece and for dried flowers only, it is not watertight.
